Required Qualifications
-Bachelor's of Science (B.S.) degree in a relevant field.
-Professional experience conducting Real Property, facilities, infrastructure, or asset management analysis.
-Experience acquiring, analyzing, validating, or reconciling data from HQIIS and associated relational databases.
-Working knowledge of relational databases, data models, metadata, and structured data analysis.
-Understanding of DoD and Army Real Property and Installation Geospatial Information & Services (IGI&S) policies and guidance.
-Understanding of current IGI&S Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and the SDSFIE Army Adaptation.
-Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS and the relationship between GIS data and Real Property records.
-Experience evaluating business processes and developing SOPs, operational procedures, or technical documentation.
-Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
-Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and required Government system access.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience supporting Army installations, Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Installation Management Command (IMCOM), or Army Real Property programs.
-Familiarity with GFEBS, PRIDE, RPLANS, ASIP, ISR, or other Army installation management systems.
-Experience supporting Real Property physical inventories, reconciliation, audit preparation, or asset accountability initiatives.
-Familiarity with Real Property Unique Identifiers (RPUIDs), Real Property Information Management (RPIM) business rules, and GIS–Real Property alignment.
-Experience using SQL, Microsoft Power BI, or comparable analytical and reporting tools.
-Experience working with Army Installation Geospatial Platform (AIGP) data or GIS-based Real Property dashboards.
The successful candidate will combine Real Property subject matter expertise with strong analytical and data management skills. This individual should be comfortable working with complex Army Real Property information, identifying discrepancies between systems, evaluating operational processes, and translating findings into practical improvements. We are looking for someone who understands not only how to analyze Real Property data, but also how that data supports installation operations, asset accountability, and Army-wide reporting requirements.

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
